Bio

Swadhin Behera is a well-known scientist in the world for his contributions to understanding of ocean and climate variations, their predictions and applications. He is currently heading the Application Laboratory at JAMSTEC and chairing the Ocean Prediction DCC regional team of Western Pacific and Marginal Seas of South and East Asia.
