Mercator Ocean International (MOi) is a world leader in digital oceanography, advancing science, policy, and society through trusted ocean analysis, forecasting, and intelligence. MOi coordinates the OceanPrediction Decade Collaborative Centre, through which it implements OPERA, a European-funded project that aims to strengthen ocean forecasting capacities and foster regional cooperation across Sub-Saharan Africa.
